I have always been interested in photography, even as a child when I received my first film camera at the age of 6. Intrigued with capturing moments, my teddy bears, or my friends, I knew that photography would be a passion of mine through the years. Up to and including my high school years, I carried a camera with me almost everywhere. Then college hit. I no longer had time for photography, and it slowly slipped through my fingers.

Fast-forward to 2019.

My love of travel lead me to a 5-month adventure across Asia. This gave me the opportunity to reach out and explore photography once again. And so, off I went with my Canon G7x and a Minolta film camera from the 80s. While I was a little rusty, I found myself remembering why I loved photography in the first place. I became interested in capturing the little moments again. It has improved my way of thinking, perspective, and mentality.

This blog is to not only provide information to others, but to refamiliarize myself with photography.
